Stage Reversal Got Stuck

Sometimes a user will get a STAGE reversal (DCM4019) stuck, and they need the system to show the material back in TEMP (or maybe FLOOR).
To fix this, you will need the WHS, part # and qty.

Stuck Allocations

This seems to be a regular problem with Whs 135 (Rialto). Things you will need to know are the:
  • Part number: 400201
  • CPN: 00997
  • WHS: 135
  • Sales Order (optional): 1124679
Various things to check to determine what's up are:
Check allocations:

SOP4037 (Stage Shipments Entry):
Check to see if the lines are Staged or not:

If you can move all the lines from Staged to Shipped (F6), then it should be good (do not hit F2 to save this)

DCM3001 (Task Queue Maint):
Run DCM3001 for the WHS, then hit F6 to search for the sales order:

Hit F5 for Details

Arrow down to the desired line # and hit F5 for Details

Verify the data:

INVALLOC
5 = Solft allocation
1 = bin
4 = Sales Orders
