This is a modification of the Tamiya kit of the German Sdkfz 251/1 and their 20mm flack gun.  It was made by cutting the sides out of the halftrack, then building the oddly shaped, folding side doors (that double as floor plates.

Fig. 2 shows the folding out sides.
